Well, we finally have a projected release date for our next CD. And wiith a projected release date for the CD comes a projected date for the CD RELEASE PARTY. This is very exciting to me and to you.
The date: OCTOBER 7th OF 2006.
So get ready and tell all of your friends. We will have various artists from the CD perform at the party and we will likely give out hundreds, if not thousands, of free CDs again. If you or anyone you know is in a band and would like to be considered for this CD, we have two MAJOR requirements.

1. The band’s/artist’s music must be posted on SomethingLocal.com before the release of the CD, and
2. The band must let me know they would like to be considered for the album.

In order to load your music on the site, go to the homepage and click on the icon on the upper left side of the screen that says, “Are you part of a band? Join SomethingLocal,” or simply click here.
To let me know that you would like to be considered, send me an email at whatsup@somethinglocal.com. Let me know which of your songs you would like to be on the CD. I’ll go check it out on your SomethingLocal page. We’ll let you know if we dig it and it’s right for the CD. It’s that simple. You have nothing to lose and a lot to gain! Let me hear from you. I can’t wait to see you all and all of your crazy friends at our CD RELEASE PARTY in just 2 short months!!
